Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was disappointing due to unexpected price changes. The cost was discussed in advance, but I was later charged a much higher amount without prior notice or approval. When questioned, I was informed that the doctor chose not to consult with me regarding the increased price. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable in a medical setting, where patients deserve clear and honest pricing from the beginning.
Dr. Natalia Gaidouk is the best dentist I have even been to. She is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. I'm impressed and I highly recommend her.
