Not that anyone wants to have a root canal, but sometimes we must. Yesterday was my 2nd one with Dr. Finn. I must admit it was a great experience. I walked over from my dentist, they were able to get me in the very next day. I was treated so kindly. They did everything to make me comfortable, gave me the best neck pillow, one for my knees and also had great music playing. Dr. Finn is very kind, gentle and funny. Dr. Finn is the best, full stop. She is warm and kind and her skills are like nothing I've experienced. Anytime I have had dental work in the past, I responded poorly (intense swelling, incredible pain, etc) and after I received an Apicetomy from Dr. Finn, I felt great! Minimal swelling and slight discomfort, that's it! Not only is Dr. Finn incredible, the office staff and assistants are so sweet and helpful as well. Dr. Natalia Finn and her entire team were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they were calm, professional, and extremely attentive. I came in with an emergency situation involving shattered teeth and a significant lip-to-mouth laceration, and Dr. Finn handled everything with confidence, precision, and compassion. About five years ago I watched Dr Finn conduct a root canal procedure for my wife. I was very impressed with her skill and professionalism. She is a good communicator. It all worked out well. A few months ago I needed a root canal and without hesitation I went to Dr Finn. Again it worked out very well. She is an outstanding professional.
