My father has COVID and the doctor on call (so called 'after care') Dr. Natalia abrikosov wouldn't even speak to him or have a tele visit. She told my parents to go to urgent care. My dad has severe COVID symptoms. Incredibly rude and irresponsible. Absolutely disgusting.

Im trying to post this everywhere in hopes that others seeking health care sees this and decide not to use this Doctor. I made a new patient appointment for 8:30am and waited weeks to see the doctor. On the day of I had car trouble at 8:22 decided to take a Lyft.I called the office first to let them know I would be in by 8:45am and asked,"will I still be seen".
