I'm not trying to embarrass anyone, but some of these "low star" reviews must be from people who either aren't speaking about the same Dr. Natalee Wilson with Wellstar (East Cobb) or they have some other issues. I had a horrible experience with Dr Wilson yesterday. I was nervous going into the appt because I have never been to a GP before in my life (other than urgent care). She walked in, sat down without making eye contact, then asked why I was there. I told her it was my first time seeing a doctor and a few concerns that brought me in. Wow, the worst, most unpleasant doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had! Negative stars. She walks in 45 minutes late and brusquely asks why am I there. After I tell her I am looking for a new primary care doctor, she tells me straight out that she is “always” 30-60 minutes late and if I’m the kind of person who is annoyed by waiting then I should look for another doctor! I dunno if it is Natalee or her nursing team but whatever it is just DON'T USE THIS PROVIDER!!! I went in 2 weeks ago to have a bunch of tests run due to chest and abdominal discomfort. They diagnosed anxiety which is fine but then after posting all my blood and urine tests (some of which came back abnormal) they refused to call me, as I was told they would, to go over my tests with me and allow me to ask qualifying questions in order to try and understand what is going on.
