I dunno if it is Natalee or her nursing team but whatever it is just DON'T USE THIS PROVIDER!!! I went in 2 weeks ago to have a bunch of tests run due to chest and abdominal discomfort. They diagnosed anxiety which is fine but then after posting all my blood and urine tests (some of which came back abnormal) they refused to call me, as I was told they would, to go over my tests with me and allow me to ask qualifying questions in order to try and understand what is going on. My doctor is lovely but at the same time I’m a little concerned on why she never answers the phone when I have a question. Everytime I had called a doctor at the front desk would page me to my doctor then she never responds and hangs up on me. Last time she did this I need another copy of my lab work and I was never able to have my questions answered. I still haven’t gotten a call back about my lab work from last fall where I had a mail sent in my mailbox telling me to call so we can talk about my blood work. And again every... read more
Dr Wilson has been my Doctor for 4 years. She provides excellent service and has great bedside manner. I feel that she listens to my concerns and does the proper measures to make sure that my concerns/issues are met. Would highly recommend Dr. Natalee Wilson.
Dr. Natalee Wilson and her staff committed insurance fraud. I was billed for an office visit when I went to have a regular checkup. Nothing was discussed other than things we discuss every year. After fighting for months for the bill to be corrected I was told there was nothing they could do. I got tired of fighting and gave up but I will never be back to Wellstar or Dr. Wilson.
Dr. Wilson is my family doctor for the last two years. She is an absolute blessing. She takes care of her patients with care, taking time to listen with a smile and understanding, and she is professional. She is a hidden Gem.
