Quick, honest, helpful & respectful… always from Natal.
I had Sanjae come out and work for a long time on my only 2-year-old air conditioner from Natal AC. He was polite well spoken and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my AC on a temporary basis and is coming back in a couple of days to put in the permanent part because they didn't want to leave me without air conditioning for another day. I would recommend this tech very highly. Sanjae came a 2nd time with my permanent part and now my a/c appears to be working as it should
Natal’s service man, Sanjae, was great. He arrived within the time he said he would, he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, he answered all of my questions clearly and it was obvious he had a lot of experience and knowledge about his profession.
A/C guy was very knowledgeable and very friendly did a great job
