I came here in October 2025 using a groupon. It took WEEKS of calling for them to get back to me on booking an appointment. I went there expecting Natacha. But I got someone else. My masseuse was ON HER PHONE and massaging me with ONE HAND. I literally couldnt believe it. She also did not add pressure and I can literally hear her responding to her text notifications. Purchased a Groupon for my Birthday two weeks ago; just to be told there is no spot available until end of June. Very nonchalant at the reception I have been calling for over a week, left messages and even sent text messages and no one answered I had to drive there just to be told nothing is available VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
