We recently sold our home in Durham and used Nata Bozymski of Inhabit Real Estate as our listing agent. As we had already moved out of state months before we listed the house, we needed to find a realtor that would assist with the details of getting the house prepared to go on the market. From choosing paint, arranging the staging, and being our eyes and ears, Nata did a fantastic job! Our house was under contract in 10 days and the whole process went on without a single hitch. My husband and I decided to downsize once our youngest moved out. Nata helped us to remain focused and patient as we were trying to find an older home with minimal stairs. We never tend to leave reviews for anyone, good or bad, but we are making an exception here for an exceptional person. SIMPLY PUT, NATA IS THE BEST! To be honest, we were not easy clients for any agent as what we wanted was hard to find and we sometimes didn’t agree as a couple on what was most important for our ideal home. Nata is exceptional. She was always available to show us homes and view them for us when we were out of state. She has a deep knowledge of the real estate in the Chapel Hill/Durham area and the value and demerits of each house available for sale. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
