I wish I could give it zero starts. Shotty work, unfinished work, damaged home property and belongings. Total liars, lack integrity. Everything listed on their website is a lie. Workers were hostile and lied to our face over and over. They ruined our hardwood floors, stairs, banisters, carpeting, cabinets and more. Simple painting of walls left streaks and drops of paint. Run far away from this company!! After we sustained water damage from a broken hot water heater, our insurance company sent Service Masters out to demo all the floors and dry everything out before replacing the floors could begin. They did a great job, then the nightmare began. Nat-cat sent a project manager out to measure everything for new flooring and tried to add some things on that had nothing to do with the hot water heater. Beware! I think Nat-Cat restoration is borderline criminal in their business practices. In my opinion, the owners, Jose and Miguel are about as cliché sketchy as you would think an insurance restoration company might be. Jason, the sales guy, told me what I wanted to hear up front, but after the work began, nothing but trouble. These guys tore up my house way more than necessary and then left it in terrible condition. Exposed nails and splintered wood flooring with no cover up or protection just to save a buck.
