Friendly, funny, and helpful staff. Had the signature Nasty Burger with the sauce on the side cooked medium with Tots. Probably the best bar burger, or even restaurant burger I have ever had. Great sports bar atmosphere, excellent & friendly service, top-notch bar food. We were visiting the Columbus area from Pittsburgh, and the staff turned on the Penguins hockey game for us (after the Ohio State game, of course).
Terrible service! Then they had a little league party kids were out of hand and parents sitting back drinking food really good We had no idea what bar maids were doing had 3 of them and couldn't get good service

I'm not a nit pick person but had to hunt down silverware and napkins, didn't get the appetizer because they had given it to someone else and asked if I wanted when my food came. I said no but I thought to myself I should have gotten it free. They seemed very disorganized. I won't be back

Hi Rob this is Jill. I am the manager on duty tonight and I am actually the one that ran your food to you and found out that you hadn't received your potato skins. I did investigate and found out that indeed our new food runner had taken them to the wrong table. I did talk to her about the importance of making sure food ended up where it needed to be!
