We booked a pickleball court for 7–10 PM, and our confirmation clearly showed those hours. Everyone in our group saw the same reservation, so we coordinated our schedules specifically to play together that evening. When we arrived, we were told their system showed 7–10 AM instead and that we would have to leave at 8 PM because another group was coming.
