I ordered the street addition hat on Aug 14, after getting confirmation I noticed the wrong size was ordered. Immediately I contacted Nasty Baggers by phone with no answer and email to fix the issue and received a email reply 11 days later saying it would be fixed. I received the hat today but it wasn’t fixed. I like the hat but wish it was a large so I could wear it.
I purchased a custom shift linkage a little over 6 weeks ago. I cannot get a returned email or phone call after 3 or 4 attempts trying to find out the status of my order.I understand times are tough right now but communication goes a long way. This is definitely not a company I will be using in the future or recommending.
I bought a custom shift linkage on May 28th, Cost me a little over $200 and they said allow 4-6 weeks for delivery....It's been 8 weeks now and no one will return my calls or emails....WTH Where is my order????....The customer service her is terrible!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!!!!
