I've been with Nastri Real estate for 6 years now. Management has always been great with any problems or Maintenance. I highly recommend their Apartments.
They rent to people that lie about their resources. A policy of no dogs, they don't enforce. The renters don't pick up behind their dogs. And the owners of the property are public information. I'll contact them the
I gave 30 day notice over the phone and then was asked a week before moving out to put the notice in writing. I do so and they used it against me to say that I only have a weeks notice. The secretary in the office is the worst. I paid my rent every month for over 3 years and never had a maintenance request other than my A/C dying (I waited 3 months for another used one to be installed) as well as 5 days without heat (while trying to pack and move.
