Nastar Roofing installed a new roof on my home February 2018 replacing my 16 year old non-leaking roof. The new roof leaked immediately; Nastar did return and fixed the leak. On September 15, 2022, I called three times notifying Nastar my roof was leaking again (same leak as before). I informed them time was of the essence because of the rainy season and possible hurricanes. I had to experience hurricane Ian with a roof leak. We recently called Nastar to repair a roof leak. The salesman advised us that in order to repair it properly they would have to remove all of the tiles from the gutter to the peak of the roof in that section to identify the source of the problem. They sent one gentleman out and he worked for approximately 4-5 hours and we were told that it was repaired. The next rain storm, our roof continued to leak as it did before.
