His roofers caused $1,500 in damage to my air conditioning system by leaving a sheet of plywood covering the outside condenser unit, causing it to overheat and the seals to melt. I politely explained to the owner what happened. He tried to say I had a tarp covering the unit (I don't even own a tarp) and then said he wasn't taking responsibility for it because his workers said they didn't do it. They did. I can't prove it, and he knew it. Plenty of other roofers out there, I suggest that you keep looking.

I should have read the reviews on line before using Nast Roofing. The worst roofer I ever dealt with. They do not give a hoot about pleasing the customer and have no concept of customer service. Buyer Beware with these people, once you agree to their contract, and paid a deposit, they got you, because they will lien your property if they are not fully paid. Nast Roofing Co, 138 W State Road 84, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 A good company to AVOID at all costs! Not worth the headaches! My tiles sat on my roof for over three weeks. Then after my roof was finished, I found a rotten and missing (rotted away) area in my attic. I guess they never thought I'd go up there and look. Don't Use Nast Roofing – I'm not one to complain or write bad reviews, but Tim from Nast roofing really left me no choice. What he did leave me with was a roof repair that could cost me up to $2000.00 and more cost to fix my ceilings. Andreu construction subbed him out to do the roof on my master bedroom addition.
