I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service at Vivida Dermatology. On 02/19/2024, I took my son in for a consultation regarding painful cysts on his face. The dermatologist barely spent two minutes with him, yet we were billed $150.00. They promised to call us within a few days to schedule a removal appointment, but a week passed without any contact. Beware! I had been going to Vivida Dermatology for about 5 years. It is very hard to reach them by phone the majority of the time. I told the doctor this right from the first few months I had started. It was so difficult that I actually went somewhere else after the first year. I did like my doctor, and I did not like the new doctor I had found so, I took a chance and went back. The communication was still a problem. Vivida Dermatology was nothing as I expected Beside that the first treatment didn’t give the result they said it would and charged me a big amount of money The specialist was disappointed about the results too as she expressed herself not great at all I have her another shot with a different treatment which have me better results but in the end they ripped off with the first treatment with practically zero results After expressing my dissatisfaction they practically closed the door and told me to go back where I came from... read more
