They are very nice and kind and the place is clean.
The staff was very nice and very informative. I was just visiting my aunt who was just admitted a few hours. Rooms are spacious and clean,just need som fresh paint. My aunt have early stage of dementia, the unit she is on I think is not suitable for her, she needs to have people that she can conversate with. I will see after they evaluate her changes can be made. All the patient look like they were properly cared for.
I was free ted with a smile as I entered. The people here were courteous and so good at their jobs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today!!
My husband has been in Nassau rehabilitation and nursing facility for 3 years now and everyone here treats us both like we are family .. my husband is a TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY PATIENT and isn’t easy to care for .. when I leave him to go home and rest I know that he is taken care of by the best . I would recommend this facility 1000% !!!
