Nassau Investments are irresponsible and unresponsive property managers. Loud, drug fueled parties and destruction of property occurring at units and this management company has done nothing for years. We own our condo, but the renters next-door are managed by Nassau Investments and for over a decade we have witnessed criminal activity, unlicensed day care activity, and loud aggressive neighbors.
