DO NOT DO BUSINESS! ZERO STARS Delivered a sofa with no legs. Delivery guys called Al on the spot. He ensured us they would come to our house by Friday via UPS. Despite paying a 100.00 set up fee we would have to put the legs on ourselves. Come Tuesday, no legs. I called Al he had no clue who I was and no record of our order so I had to fax over our receipt. Zero stars is what this business deserves in rating - one star is one to many! Nassau Furniture of Hempstead did not deliver the items as indicated at time of purchase (2 weeks), I purchased the items on May 24th; items were delivered June 28th, after I repeatedly called the furniture store for information. 1 star is too much....DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL... I ordered furniture in FEB and received the last piece in MAY and... it was the wrong item... The service is horrible and the prices are actually higher than purchasing from a chain such as BOBS.. I would never do business with this place again. First delivery parts missing. 2nd delivery with parts never showed. My kids had no bed to sleep in for 4 days. Next items was poor quality. Delivered replacement and was wrong. Requested refund for items numerous times and keeps wanting to replace unit. Just yesterday was told had a schedule delivery no show, no call, no nothing once again. I have still yet to receive a replace or refund. Stay away from this business!!! As soon as you pay and leave the store, they do not care what happens next. False, misleading advertising of items not in stock, items that are actually discontinued. Never return your phone calls. If you need refund, you need to come back to the store and they will press you to purchase different item. If I could I would give zero stars.
These reviews are clearly fake. Worst company to order from!! When I originally ordered I was told to wait for a confirmation call for the delivery date, I had to call them three days later and they said it didn't even go through! Then they finally called a week later to say it would be delivered between 1&7pm the next weds. You really need that big of a window time?? The sellers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Al & Danny made me feel at ease, secured and they were not pushy with my sales. From the start i had an estimate delivery date, and kept me informed of the delivery on a regular basis.
I ordered furniture from this company because they are located within an hour from my house and I figured that would cut down on shipping charges. They were extremely unorganized and I would never order from them again. First they told us our order would be there before 5pm, so I left work early to be there and wait for it. When 6:00 rolled around I called and no one could tell me where they were or what was going on. They didn't show up until 8pm, and one of the furniture pieces was missing!
