The ATM was closed or not in use in Garden City. The one in East Meadow is our of business. It is a "for sale" sign on it, but the slot for the card is still there. I watched two guys try to get in. The bank on Merrick Blvd is inside a office bldg. So the only place left is Oceanside, which I didn't go to. I was very disappointed and frustrated all at the same time. help...
The people are there to help you. I went in with a scheduled payment issue and it was taken care of in less than 20 mins. Plus, the woman that has great knowledge with online services came to walk me through the online portal to prevent the same issue from occurring again. That's what I call service!
