If not for Valerie intervening, I would have wasted time, effort and parking fees. Serena was quite rude, but at least offered me a solution. I went to do what she said, then came back only to be told by Emily that it was not sufficient. Emily was extremely rude, combative and unhelpful. She actually told me to stop explaining what had happened (then denied when I challenged her)and arrogantly handed me a list of other acceptable documents. Wasted 3 hours of my day while trying to get my learners. Then after multiple others told me we had the correct things i was told i took the wrong drivers ed test and had to take a different course. Then 30mins later on the phone i find out that the DMV lied and they actually have the correct test in their systems and they just fully lied and sent us out. And now i can't go back in because after wasting our time we aren't allowed to do anything driving related after 4:30 because we don't get anything in return for their scre... read more
