great costumer service. the only facility that i have seen with on-site managers full time! love the convenience of having 24 hour access & a manager on site. very competitive pricing. love.
They will constantly charge your card! I have been out of this storage lot since June 30, I have been charged every month since then. I call and they reverse the transaction, but still charge the next month. The guy who answers always says you shouldn’t be charged anymore after this! But guess what, i get charged yet again! I am not sure of any legal proceedings or anything I can do but this place will just take your money and run. I would choose somewhere else to be honest.
