Dr. Garruba and associates are absolutely amazing. They truly care about the well being of your fur babies. Whenever we have had an emergency they always fit us in or even come into the office when it's closed! They also do not push unnecessary tests or treatments on you. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. We have moved two hours away and still bring our fur baby here for non-emergency visits.

Dr. Garruba and all of the veterinarians and staff at Nassau Animal Hospital are truly amazing caregivers. I sing their praises all the time, yet this is my first and long overdue FB post. My fur children have been in the care of Dr. Garruba's loving heart and hands for 37 years. Imagine you have a trusted love one to administer to your beloved fur child...this is exactly what it's like to be a client of Nassau Animal Hospital. The most tender and expert of care.

We have had many, many, many pets in our lives and have seen many vets, but Dr. Garruba is by far the best vet in the world. He is compassionate, kind, generous and has a wonderful soul. You could not ask for a better staff who actually cares about their patients and who are very friendly!!!! They always make our visit warm and inviting. We love you Dr. Garruba and everyone at Nassau Animal Hospital!!! Jackie, Sallie, Lucie, Karma, Piper, Henry, Jada, Pogo & Finn!!!!!!!!

you just can't do better than this fine vet hospital. warm, caring, wonderful staff, expert vets, a very homey, welcoming feel to the office. the vets are super smart and professional, but also compassionate and kind. this is an animal hospital where both you and your pet will feel at home, like you are visiting an old friend.

Thank you so much for taking care of my Harley. Everyone was so wonderful! You can't even tell she got spayed and it's only been about two weeks! It was worth the trip (I live a little over a hour away) and thank you to its a ruff life rescue for going through this wonderful vet! I wish we lived closer because this would definitely be our first hospital to go to. :)

I have known Dr. Garruba almost all of my life, and I have never met a more caring and dedicated Veterinarian. He and his staff are amazing, compassionate and knowledgeable. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still travel to take my pets to him. Years ago I had a dog with a heart condition, I had to travel out of town, and instead of having to board Muffin, Dr. Garruba took him home with him each night to make sure he got the necessary care he needed. Best Vet EVER!!!
