Do not use this Joan Nassar. During meetings with Joan she says all the right things, but once you get in front of another attorney, Joan will not say a word. She will let you get run over and not do a thing about it. We went to mediation in a child custody case and Joan completely failed. We gave Joan all the data she needed to be successful and when it came to mediation, she never said a word. Not a peep.
