WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO APOLOGIES! THEY DON'T CARE OR VALUE THEIR PATIENT'S TIME. My mom have been seeing Dr. Manji and his office for 3+ years. Today, 2/24/2025, my mom had a follow up appt for her colonoscopy results with his PA. We got there 15 mins early. The place was EMPTY, we were the only one in the waiting area. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO APOLOGIES! THEY DON'T CARE OR VALUE THEIR PATIENT'S TIME. NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED. HE HAS A DOCTOR DEGREE WITH NO CLASS.
Dr. Manji still visits the hospital and sees patients in his office. When pancreatic issues continued after traditional treatment, he sent me to the best place in the US to treat pancreatic issues. I got there before it turned into pancreatic cancer. Thank you Dr. Manji.You may have to wait for a few minutes but when he sees you, he takes all the time you need for your issue. He is kind and has a good bedside manor and scents of humor. Very knowledgeable.
He is always there when you need him and he doesn't take it for granted that your stomach pain is your stomach - he considers your heart, liver, pancreas, etc. and makes sure that you are thoroughly checked out for your safety and health. He is compassionate and caring. He is a true professional.
The Clinic was very unorganized dr. has zero professionalism no nurse no vital takers no proper explanation about investigations done for patients
He did not go to the waiting room in time to talk to my family after the procedure and never came to my room either. We never spoke with him after the procedure and was unreachable. As it happens he did a poor analysis as well considering I ended up back in the ER 2 days later for the very same problem, GI bleed. Very arrogant attitude.
First time visited a doctor who is delivered very poor unprofessional service. Probably he has been practicing too long his performance not good enough to be a gastroenterologist. He doesn’t explain properly with the reports after series of investigations done. He seems to be absent minded while talking to a patient. No nurse or assistant in his office where the initial assessment and vital information should have been provided. I have visited him few times couple of months no nurse or assistance available in the office.
Dr. Nasrullah Manji - an Excellent GI Specialist Dr. Manji is a highly experienced GI specialist. His humorous attitude and easy going bedside manner are a rare characteristics for a doctor! Taking the patient from the waiting-room to the examine-room by Dr. Manji himself, instead of one of his staff, is a pleasant difference between his office and all other doctor offices.
