This is a wonderful shop! I had purchased a beautiful double gold ball bracelet online. I didn’t specify my size, i was sent one too big (again my fault). I explained the situation and was immediately provided with instructions for return, how to measure my wrist and new size requested. Within a few days i received my lovely bracelet! Thank you for excellent customer service and quality!! I will be back!
