Excellent customer service! My husband bought me a watch (online) that needed to have links removed so that it would fit. The gentleman that helped not only quickly adjusted my watch but did not charge me for it either. He was kind, attentive, and helped me without an agenda. We will definitely use them in the future for any jewelry needs!
