They were the only company within 20 miles that handles Frigidaire warranty. I do HVAC/R for a living, but I cant touch warranty stuff. Guy came out and gave my wife the runaround about how it's a "600 unit" (just means it's iso-butane) and they should have sent their other tech. Week goes by, we call, and are told that WE should have contacted the warranty company to explain things. Not the tech that came out, us. He showed us what we were looking for, we made the purchase, and our item will be delivered in two business days. All in less than 20 minutes. I always recommend shopping small and shopping local.
We have been buying appliances from Nasons for over 23 years. When we needed to relace our stove/oven and refrigerator after 23 years we knew exactly where to go. Their sales department (Terri l) helped us with pros and cons as to what would serve our needs.
