Ordered a dryer online, the one I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to a different, nicer model at no extra cost. The dryer was delivered and installed less than 24 hours after ordering, and they removed my old dryer. Friendly staff too!
We have been going to Nasons for years. We just love that they listen to what we want and their prices are competitive. Quick delivery. Ask for Kristin when you go there, because she will take very good care of you.
We have purchased all appliances here and love their service! Terri is amazing in sales to work with! So quick to respond and provide the right solution. When we had a dishwasher issue recently, their team took care of and provided a replacement on the same day! Not to mention their service team is phenomenal- thank you David!
Getting service for defective appliances bought at Nasons is not an easy feat. Once the product is out the door so is any help getting service on their products. Will never make the mistake getting involved with this company again as the aggravation level is through the roof!
