never one to write bad reviews but the front staff and this office is so unorganized and disrespectful its kinda wild. I made an appointment for 10am and no one showed, I waited 45 minutes thinking someone would show. I then called several times that day, no one got back to me. I called the next morning and the woman I spoke to told me she was in the hospital and that they never schedule appointments at 10am. The nursing staff are very rude. I have been calling to obtain a patients clearance for procedure and they said they cannot help me. They provide me another number that doesn't even work and state that the doctor is working out of that office.
