Dr. Nasim Daoud is a godsend in treating my autoimmune disorders. He listens, he cares, he educates, he is a true professional I value highly. I could not ask or hope for better care. Unfortunately, since Sagebrush came in, the phone bank and some office staff makes good doctors look bad. I fear I will lose the doctor who has improved my quality of life because of a corporation that can’t get their act together or just don’t care.
I've been calling to set up an appointment and no one answers the phone. I left 3 messages for the past 3 weeks and I haven't received a call back. Are you guys playing around with patients? Why no one answers the phone. Its a good thing its not an oncology clinic because waiting one months for a call back it's ridiculous. Please fix that. Maybe hire people that they do want to work.
Doctor Nasim is the first doctor that really helped me relieve symptoms of autoimmune takes the time to listen -very smart -figured out what was going on when no other doctors could . They just kept punting me to specialist and I was getting nowhere… love the fact that he recommends natural supplements Before prescription medications. Dr. Daoud is the best. Litterally, the worst office staff ever. From my very first appointment two years ago till now. It seems they only get worse. The girl up front would not listen to a word oyu are saying before they start arguing with you.
I just left that office.My primary care doctor referred me to that office so I was a new patient. I saw the nurse practitioner, Ursline. She was incredibly rude with terrible bedside manner. She didn’t introduce herself by name when she came in. She was short, cold, and condescending. This was a complete waste of my time as I will not be returning to this office to follow up with her.
