Lived there for a year! Neighbors were rude and loud; kept waking my son because of the noises from them. Landlord was worthless she was rude and always fell behind services when it was needed done. I hated that place because they always find some way to screw you over from their contract! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Great Place to Live. Staff is WONDERFUL! Beautiful views, and a great place for families to live. Would Highly Recommend.

I Love living here. I think we have a great location and I love that we have a gym because Lord knows I need it! I think the manager is cool and she runs the property pretty strictly but I actually appreciate that (as I think any good resident would) She is the only person in the office so sometimes it is hard to catch her but if I call ahead I’ve never had a problem. I thought Nashwood would be a nice place to live. Yes, it is beautiful but looks can be deceiving! Management is very strict. It is okay to have rules, but when children in the complex wanted to go outside, it was impossible. If you have children that are 10-17 years of age, DO NOT move there. Myself along with other neighbors were written up for our children being outside. It is like a concentration camp! If they were out, they had to be with adults, which this is ludicrous.
