Contacted them by phone call to get an estimate. I sent pictures and explained what exactly needed to be done as requested. I then received a quote through text, and stated I would call back to let them know for sure if/when I needed the work done, and was told that would be fine. Buyer beware! Would absolutely not recommend them. They trimmed five Leyland Cypresses for us, effectively killing every one. After my husband called, Mike came out once to check, agreed on a price to remove them, and scheduled a date. He skipped the scheduled appointment and then never returned nor returned multiple phone calls, texts or emails. Completely unprofessional: we would NEVER use this service again. A storm at 1:30am on a Monday morning put a 20 year old Poplar tree on my garage. I called several tree removal companies at 6am. Mike called me back at 6:30am and showed up at my house at 7am. He wrote me a quote for the job and used a pole saw in his truck to cut out enough space for me to be able to leave for work. The tree was gone and everything was cleaned up by the end of the day. We had a tough job. Large old trees, near power lines and well into my neighbors yard and over his house. Mike and his team did an amazing job! They worked safely and methodically. They got everything taken care of without any incidents. And most importantly he gave me expert advice and helped me find issues with tress on the property that were posing major safety issues by dying from the inside out.
