I made several calls to Jeffrey with a problematic issue about a tree limb falling on the roof of my house. We hired, Nashville Tree Service, (NTS) to help us with major tree pruning and tree removal. When I requested a quote, Jeffrey was fast to respond via text. When he came to review the work we needed done he was very thoughtful on the project. He listened to understand and at the same time he provided professional feedback for us so that we would not over cut our trees if not needed.
