Meliyah was terrible to me. I would never treat a customer this way. I voiced some concerns I had about not receiving a call back as an issue. She yelled at me, accused me of lying and said I was difficult. I cried after the customer service phone call with her. She kept saying she was "trying to help me" but shouted at me repeatedly. As a result of Meliyah, I no longer come to the Nashville Subaru dealership, and have since purchased an Infinity QX. Everyone at the new dealership is far more professional than Meliyah.

I am resulting to write a poor review after reaching out to Subaru Nashville and Subaru Customer Advocacy without a response. The sum is that I experienced poor communication, damage to my car, and sloppy repair work. I bought my car new at Subaru in Illinois and experienced a no fault accident in Nashville. I brought it to Nashville Subaru because I thought I could trust them as experts to repair my car to the best possible condition.
