This guy won’t let my group cancel a reservation after our bride-to-be broke her leg. Very upsetting that I can expect better customer service from Spirit Airlines than this bum. Disappointing.
Thoroughly unimpressed with this company, and more specifically, with Eric. We booked through AirBnB, and three days later, I broke my leg and have to have surgery, so I won’t be allowed to travel and had to cancel my bachelorette party in Nashville. Rather than acting like a decent human being and working with us to move our reservation, Eric was unwilling to meet in the middle, telling us we’d have to cancel and lose $1300, and then rebook and pay the full cost to come to the same property once I’m healed and can travel ag... read more
