I had previously left a 5-star review under the former ownership, as we were happy with the product and had a warranty issue resolved a few years ago without any trouble. Unfortunately, our recent experience hasn’t been the same. We had two new tears in the screens this year and struggled to get a timely response. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication, but very little follow-through, and ultimately the warranty was denied.
