I had previously left a 5-star review under the former ownership, as we were happy with the product and had a warranty issue resolved a few years ago without any trouble. Unfortunately, our recent experience hasn’t been the same. We had two new tears in the screens this year and struggled to get a timely response. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication, but very little follow-through, and ultimately the warranty was denied. What a transformation of our porch! Working with Nashville Retractable Screens was a wonderful experience. Lauren was excellent with scheduling our initial visit and follow-installation. The installation crew was amazing-prompt and professional with great care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Love their communication, service and we love the product. Basically added another room to our house and our neighbors immediately called us for info on them.
