I would like everyone to know that the service I received from Nashville Refrigeration was fantastic. Not only did they get to my house fast when my AC died, Mr. Diemer (the owner) personally delivered my unit on a weekend in 2012, and stayed until it was installed and working completely! Since then I have recommended this business to several of my friends and family and every one of them have been very pleased with their work and rates! Great Service – I called Nashville Refrigeration when my ice maker went down, and was able to get a hold of someone and get a service tech out quickly. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and I was back up and running.

Avoid if Possible – Don't waste your money, they have a $70 an hour fee on top of any work done, so of course the guy take 2 hours to do what could have been done in 30-35 mins, and not only that their customer service is horrible, they act shocked that people don't want to be robbed blind, when I asked for some type of prices, I got an uh..ummm....ummm well we have to wait and see, when I told them exaclty what I needed, when it clearly states on their website "get a quote" they just wanted to look for ways to add on extra ... read more
