I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mendoza is a fantastic podiatrist and surgeon. He diagnosed my very painful Morton's Neuroma and performed the surgery, which was highly successful. Dr. Mendoza also has a wonderful bedside manner. I am very happy with my results. #HappyFeet

Dr. Mendoza is nice because he knows he has a huge payday with every patient. I have no insurance and went in to see why my feet hurt. They did x-ray and he came in and said he didn't have a clue to why my feet were hurting, and charged me $365 and I paid him cash. He told me to come back when my feet were really hurting, so I did. He did more x-rays and told me he did not have a clue, charged me another$365 which I paid in cash. Beware, he just wants the money.
I don't know if the Receptionist (Nicole) was having a bad day, but she treated me very poorly (basically yelling at me) in front of other customers. I took my complaint to the doctor, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Not even an apology. As I was leaving a customer sitting in the lobby pulled me to the side and told me that he too was treated poorly by Nicole in the past.
I won't go back here, I was not offered solutions for my pain in my feet and when I was diagnosed a diagnosis of flat feet my insurance denied my claim (I was not aware they didn't cover this diagnosis). I specifically went to this doctor because my insurance covered him, and because of my diagnosis which I was already aware of caused me to pay not only my copay but the amount of the office visit.
