I had a wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Thomas recently. I was very apprehensive and nervous but I decided to have it done with a local anesthetic. Dr. Thomas took a lot of time with me talking about the procedure and making me feel very comfortable. When it came time for the tooth to come out, it was quick and painless; and I had no problems with recovery. Dr. Thomas and his whole staff were wonderful. The office is welcoming and seems to run smoothly and on time!
Dr. Mack is the best! His personality and his work are both awesome!! Took less than ten mins for my procedure & got a call from him checking on me the same evening. I won't be going to anyone else.
I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with Dr. Mack and his staff. I had oral surgery today and Dr. Mack is so cheerful and pleasant that I went in quickly leaving my apprehension behind as I talked with him. He just now called me to check up on me personally. Dr. Ryan Thomas did a fantastic job pulling my 6 year old's tooth. And the assistant Jessica did amazing too.
Great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the Doctor himself! If you are going to have a procedure done, get it done by someone who does it best.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Thomas! He far exceeded any expectation in treating my daughter. He treated us with the utmost professionalism, respect and kindness. From our initial visit, to the doctor calling to check on my daughter, to our follow up...it was outstanding. Our community is blessed to have Dr. Thomas and his amazing staff in multiple locations in Nashville. I love this group and highly recommend!
Dr. Thomas was fantastic. I really can't boast enough about this place. I was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth out and between the friendly staff and Dr. Thomas's knowledge and professionalism I was immediately put to ease. The surgery was quick and efficient with minimal pain and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Nashville Oral Surgery to anyone!
