I learned about Nashville Neuro during a veterans meeting about sleep disorders from PTSD. I do not suffer from PTSD and am not a veteran. However, I have trouble staying asleep at night. I also do not want to take Ambien, Lunesta, etc. A number of people I know have sleep walked after taking these very dangerous drugs.
