I first went to this clinic for a wellness check for insurance purposes. During the visit I was asked if I was taking my blood pressure medicine. I answered no because it makes me tired. Dr. changed my blood pressure medicine which resulted in another claim which knocked me out of getting my insurance deductible of $300 because it was not noted as a well being check up. 2 days later I went back for a cough - side effect from the new medication.
