Please look around at the other ketamine infusion providers before jumping into therapy here. You should be in a medically safe center, with a nurse checking in on you or sitting with you, a camera on you, or a call button at all times, your vitals and blood pressure to be taken all throughout the infusion, the doctor should follow-up with you and you should be in a safe environment with stable chairs that are oversized and can lay back where there is no risk of falling out. This center isn't safe. I was placed in a office desk chair during a ketamine infusion. I fell out of this chair striking my head on a bookcase before landing in the floor. I sustained a severe injury, brain bleed, concussion and sustures required. This center doesn't follow even the basic protocols, monitoring equipment, call button, emergency equipment or proper chairs for patients. Please be ware!
Improvement could be obtained by a professional & safe environment for their patients. A proper chair, using a pump to deliver the Ketamine and monitoring equipment. Also the doctor should be on premises at all times. And absolutely have emergency equipment on hand for the unfortunate patient who fell out of their improper chair, ended up in the hospital with a traumatic brain injury from the fall from the totally, wildly improper chair. Treatments have been extremely helpful, I've experienced noticeable improvements. I would recommend it to anyone who has been struggling for years. Dr. Barton and Nurse Sandi were great to work with - knowledgeable, kind. Sandi made the infusion process comfortable.
