Not a good experience. I inquired about a vehicle on Cargurus, and when I inquired about the VIN to get the carfax, the VIN it auto responded with was wrong. No carfax was reported about that VIN. When I emailed the company and asked for them to send me the carfax, the VIN was completely different than the VIN I received previously. Once at Nashville Hybrids, the main office is incredibly dirty, filled with garbage all over and cans sitting on every surface.
