I had a procedure done a year ago and recently discovered that this facility received payment 2 weeks before my procedure. Nashville Hair Doctor recommended PatientFi for 12 months no interest. Of course I never received a paper statement and I knew that I had to pay the balance by May 2nd the date of the procedure. Now after calling their office and emailing them I have not heard a word. highly recommend them. The beard transplant grafts took very well and looked clear and healthy throughout the entire process. Especially Sauna—she was extremely helpful and caring. After the procedure, they never took more than two hours to reply to any of my emails. If you ever have any concerns, you can simply take photos of your beard transplant area and send them to the team, and they will answer all of your questions. I felt very reassured the whole time.
Care, concern, attention to detail and personalized care. I drove approximately 2.5 hours and received professional treatment with a staff that made the process feel like a welcoming party.
