After speaking to a lady over the phone about placing an order via their website, I was hopeful for a great experience with my first time using this business to have flowers delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary. When inputting the billing & shipping info, I selected to have these delivered on our actual anniversary date, Monday (11/3). My wife sends me a picture this morning (10/31) with the flowers. I'm not sure why I didn't read the reviews before I placed this order, but i should've. I spent $85 on flowers and they were never delivered. I called this morning and spoke to Tracy who apparently is the owner and she said they'd go out and be delivered this morning... well guess what.. they weren't delivered. I called again and was sent to a voicemail. I'll be disputing this charge on my card, but I'm very unhappy and dissapointed in their services. I'm not sure how these people are still in business.
