This organization should stick to picking up trash and directing tourists like the public servants they are. They should stick to picking up trash off the streets, which means they should get themselves off the streets. I've seen them pretending to be police asking homeless people to leave. The homeless people were usually just trying to find somewhere to relax or a heat vent to keep warm. Great staff
My car was trapped at the library parking deck after the June 10 fire. This organization worked very hard to help people sort out the situation and keep them informed about their vehicles. Adam Ries, the operations manager, went above and beyond, as did all the other staff on site. Thanks for your help.
