Absolutely HORRID billing department. Totally incapable of client communication even with multiple emails and replies from both Sherry and Ally. Not to mention the doctor did a procedure to a mole on my back that 3 other dermatologists treated very cautiously and she said she would inject with cortisone (the others did this very sparingly) and not only did it not work but I have a noticeable indentation in my back - EXACTLY what THREE other dermatologists said would happen, but she disagreed and I trusted her. Had my first appointment with Dr. Keyes today. I’m not one who goes to the doctor regularly but my experience today was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Keyes assistant. She listened and answered every question I had. I feel this place went above and beyond the normal office visit. I had went to a doctor at Vanderbilt before and I couldn’t get a return call or message from anyone. Dr Keyes is very thorough
I cant not say enough good things about Dr. Keyes and her staff. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I live in Huntsville and travel to Nashville to get my care. It's just so different than other practices. She's patient, she listens, and she doesn't seem rushed or make you feel rushed.
