I was in Nashville and really needed to see a dermatologist. They worked me into their schedule and correctly diagnosed me in minutes. Even after I retuned to my home state, they still assisted me with getting needed medication. Dr Keyes was great, staff was great. Highly recommend this practice.
Absolutely HORRID billing department. Totally incapable of client communication even with multiple emails and replies from both Sherry and Ally. Not to mention the doctor did a procedure to a mole on my back that 3 other dermatologists treated very cautiously and she said she would inject with cortisone (the others did this very sparingly) and not only did it not work but I have a noticeable indentation in my back - EXACTLY what THREE other dermatologists said would happen, but she disagreed and I trusted her. Had my first appointment with Dr. Keyes today. I’m not one who goes to the doctor regularly but my experience today was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Keyes assistant. She listened and answered every question I had. I feel this place went above and beyond the normal office visit. I had went to a doctor at Vanderbilt before and I couldn’t get a return call or message from anyone.
