Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
