We had outdoor shades installed for our screened in porch and had such a great experience during the installation process. They were on time, did a great job and took the time to show me how to use our new blinds and make adjustments based on our feedback. And now we're so happy with our shades!
We had a great experience with Nashville Blind and Shutters. Their product works and looks perfect; the salesman, Ben, was patient as we worked through our needs and wants, and the team was professional, courteous and responsive. When they set up a meeting or delivery time, they communicated well if they were running even 10 min late. And the time scheduled was only a one hour span--unlike some companies who say they'll be there from say, "between noon and 4 Pm". 5 star rating.
Great customer service. showed up for the install when they said they would. great selection of products. would recommend to anyone. and will use them again in the future.
We can't say enough about how pleased we are with our plantation shutters. Our experience with Nashville Blinds and Shutters was excellent--from our first meeting with Todd until installation was complete. We have recommended them to several friends and neighbors and will continue to do so at every opportunity.

Nashville Blinds and Shutters is the epitome of professionalism. I had the privaledge of working with Todd. His knowledge and expertise of the products was impressive. He provided great recommendations to suit our needs. We could not be any more pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend this company to anymore who has a needs. Very professional, unassuming, polite and with a local business. Also, excellent senses about detailed mounting of custom cut shades; I appreciate contractors who can think through to the best fit, then do it quickly. Sales said it would take 1 hour, and that is exactly the time it took. Overall, an excellent experience.
