A technician was sent to my home. The technician diagnosed what he said was the problem, and an agreement was made based on the diagnosis given for the part to be ordered and the repair to be completed the following day which would have been today. Upon his arrival, he started what I thought was the repair only to then tell me that he had basically misdiagnosed initially and that another component on the washer would have to be fixed as well, and that the cost would change. We had a great experience with this company. Our washer kept randomly shutting off mid cycle and the repair companies the warranty sent out were unable to resolve the issue. For over 9 months we dealt with this issue even after 5 service calls. Ultimately the warranty company cashed out my plan and left me with no resolution and a leak from an attempted repair. Nashville Appliance repair saved us well over $1000 after the 1st appliance repair company told us the refrigerator was not repairable and needed to be replaced so we went out looking at new refrigerators. The 1st repair service also left screws out, didn't replace ?? Also, after the first terrible service from other repair vendor, when I originally called Nashvilleappliance Service, the woman that answered the phone told me how to get the refrigerator working again which worked for a few months.
